About the Role
As our Performance Marketer, you'll be at the forefront of Mindset Health's digital acquisition efforts, managing and optimising high-performing campaigns across global platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliates. You'll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, drive growth, and directly impact our mission to revolutionise healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimise a $10M+ (and growing!) annual advertising budget across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute Mindset Health's paid media strategy to achieve ambitious ROAS and scale targets
- Provide strategic insights on channel mix, creative performance, and emerging trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, growth and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and business goals
- Deliver key reports and insights to drive informed decision-making across the organisation
- Stay ahead of industry changes and implement best-in-class strategies and tactics
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven expertise in managing and scaling paid ads accounts, especially on Meta and Google
- Previous experience in a media buying role managing at least $2M in ad spend annually
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, ROAS, and payback period calculations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Metabase and SQL
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to various stakeholders
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends
- Experience in marketing consumer apps or in the health and wellness industry would be highly desired
