Are you passionate about transforming gastroenterology care and creating impactful relationships with healthcare providers?

Mindset Health is seeking a driven Provider Partnerships Manager for our lead product, Nerva, to expand our provider network and boost patient referrals by collaborating closely with gastroenterologists, APPs, GI dietitians, and GI psychologists.

At Nerva, your goal will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, deeply understanding their unique goals, challenges, and motivations. You will craft tailored strategies to grow patient referrals to Nerva and seamlessly integrate Nerva referrals into clinical workflows in order to significantly impact patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow relationships with healthcare providers through various channels including emails, phone calls, clinic visits, and in-person meetings.
  • Execute strategic initiatives like provider training sessions, webinars, and educational events to drive referrals.
  • Identify and close high-value clinic-level partnerships, dramatically increasing referral volumes.
  • Continuously research, engage, and nurture existing and new provider relationships to sustain growth.
  • Collaborate closely with providers to ensure alignment, overcome referral barriers, and create mutually beneficial partnerships.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience in healthcare practice operations, ideally with a clinical background (Dietitian, Nurse, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner, or related fields).
  • A naturally enthusiastic and outgoing communication style - you’re someone who excels at developing long-term professional relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative mindset when approaching complex challenges within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for GI health with a data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM tools to manage provider interactions effectively.
  • Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a proven record of successful execution.
  • A passion for GI health and deep empathy for provider experiences, consistently seeking creative solutions aligning provider incentives with organizational goals.
