About Mindset Health

Mindset Health is building the foundation model of psychophysiology, powering clinically-proven therapies for physical health conditions.

Our first product, Nerva, helps healthcare providers care for their GI patients with brain-gut therapy delivered through software. Backed by a randomized controlled trial in which 81% of patients saw meaningful improvement in their symptom management, Nerva has grown to help more than 300,000 people and become trusted by thousands of clinicians.

Behind it is the world’s largest proprietary dataset in gut-brain therapy — millions hypnotherapy sessions, real consult transcripts, paired symptom data, and proven clinical protocols. By applying AI to this foundation, we’re creating digital therapeutics that can match — and sometimes exceed — the outcomes and personal connection of human care.

Our vision is simple: when someone is diagnosed with a condition like IBS, their doctor won’t just prescribe a pill — they’ll prescribe an AI therapeutic that taps into the power of the mind to treat the body.
