Our Internship is a part-time program designed to assist you in building your career in the Property and Construction Industry during your final year of study. This program allows you to apply your university knowledge to real world projects and job activities.

Internship

As a Development Intern you will gain exposure to our residential business including apartments and masterplanned community projects across Sydney. Our Development Managers will include you in many meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure you get a good overview of a development project. Your time will include both office and site time. In addition, you will work on a small project contributing to the overall project.

Internship highlights:

  • 11-month paid Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule (Feb – Dec 2026)

Am I eligible for the Internship program?

If you meet the following criteria, please apply:

  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week

  • A current Driver Licence and access to a car

  • Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Property Economics, Valuations or Planning and due to complete your studies in 2026

  • Display an innate curiosity, eagerness to learn, positive can do attitude

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate

Application Process

Applications will be reviewed across August and September. If your application is progressed, you will be asked to complete a video interview and invited to attend an Assessment Centre in October.
