Our opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Sydney team working on one of our key joint venture developments. You will be responsible for the management of the project team, the delivery of property development for build to sell residential apartments. You will have strong experience with design management and delivery of a project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Multiple/highly complex/large projects responsibility.
• Can review and oversee complex and or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
• Identify and manage Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes.
• Developing and implementing appropriate management policies, systems and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items.
• Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
• Actively manage and develop people across larger and/or multiple teams.
• Working with other departments to formulate strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Your point of difference

You will be professionally qualified and have significant development experience leading teams and working on large scale luxury apartment projects.

You will have well developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present well, with impact and influence. You will be comfortable with conflict resolution in project and people matters
