Our opportunity
As the Senior Learning & Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that support Mirvac’s strategic objectives. This role will partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop bespoke solutions, and drive a culture of learning, capability development and professional growth across Mirvac.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Lead and manage L&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across Divisions and support the development of Divisional Capability Frameworks.
- Program Development and Delivery: Design and develop innovative learning programs, including workshops and blended learning solutions, that align with Mirvac’s strategic goals.
- Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, including people leaders.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and conduct regular reviews of learning outcomes to determine ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development and continuously seek opportunities to enhance Mirvac’s L&D offerings.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional development and career progression.
- Ad hoc Responsibilities: Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritise and manage unexpected demands effectively.
Your point of difference
You will be professionally qualified in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in learning and development or similar, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs; and assessing learning needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
You will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously coupled with strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential for this role.
You will have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
