Your opportunity

Are you a proactive and dynamic professional ready to make a real impact?
Due to a recent promotion, we’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our Group General Manager – Wholesale Capital & JVs & Fund Manager, MWOF. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring energy, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring seamless support and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will:

  • Take ownership of calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate national and international meetings, site tours, investor events, and roadshows
  • Preparing client packs, reports, and presentations for review
  • Be the key point of contact for investor engagement logistics – from executive lunches to large-scale conferences.
  • Maintain and update Mirvac’s CRM with key partner interactions
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense processing (via Concur), and provide general administrative support.

Your point of difference:

  • Experience managing complex diaries
  • Good IT Skills - intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills and pro-active nature
  • Event coordination and/or marketing experience would be a bonus
  • Interest in and willingness to learn more about the property industry
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
