Mirvac is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our Build to Rent (BTR) team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise leasing income and deliver occupancy targets across our BTR portfolio
• Drive leasing performance by managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and booking inspections
• Conduct property tours
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals, ensuring accurate system input
• Collaborate on marketing materials and business development initiatives
• Liaise with onsite property teams to monitor unit status and mitigate risk
• Prepare reports on occupancy, leads, and market conditions
• Champion Mirvac’s values and contribute to cross-functional project groups

About You:

• Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License required
• Ideally 1+ years’ experience in real estate or sales
• Proven success in lead generation and target achievement
• Strong relationship management and customer service focus
• Proficiency in Salesforce & StarRez desirable)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple assets
