The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving tenant satisfaction and retention, and ensuring the financial and operational performance of each property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall performance of assets to meet client objectives.
  • Develop tenant retention strategies and maintain strong tenant relationships.
  • Undertake financial analysis of leases and assist with negotiations.
  • Prepare and implement asset plans, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and quality standards.
  • Oversee onsite facilities management and operational aspects of properties.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of market trends and key indicators.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, ideally industrial/commercial.
  • Tertiary qualification in a property-related field.
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, budgeting, and building operations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
