We’re seeking an inspiring Group Manager, Technology Architecture to chart and define Mirvac’s future digital landscape—leading our architecture capability to envision, design, and guide the strategic direction of our technology ecosystem. In this senior leadership role, you will set and maintain the technology roadmap, embed architectural principles into governance, and ensure that digital investments are aligned with Mirvac’s long-term strategic objectives.

About the Role

• As Group Manager, Technology Architecture, you will:
• Partner strategically across Mirvac to align technology with business objectives.
• Shape Mirvac’s Digital Strategy in close partnership with the Digital Leadership team
• Establish and maintain technology roadmaps, addressing technical debt and driving cost optimisation.
• Identify emerging technologies and advise leadership on trends impacting customers and markets.
• Define and embed technology standards, guardrails, and principles into governance and decision-making.
• Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions for major initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing Architecture team and practice, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Drive adoption of architectural practices and standards across the organisation.
• Deliver measurable outcomes such as improved technology supportability, reduced obsolescence, and optimised costs.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in architecture roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, managing a team
• Proven ability to uplift architectural maturity and embed architecture into decision-making.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, governance, and change management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement at executive level.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering solution architectures for complex technology initiatives.
• Expertise in defining and implementing architecture tools, frameworks, and standards.
