Our opportunity

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the delivery of multiple, large‑scale and complex development projects across our portfolio.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end development outcomes, shaping strategy, leading high‑performing teams, balancing risk and opportunity, and delivering projects that reflect Mirvac’s commitment to quality, sustainability and long‑term value.

You will play a key leadership role in building trusted relationships across the business and with external partners, while modelling our values and cultivating a diverse, inclusive and high‑performance culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead the delivery of multiple and/or highly complex development projects in line with Mirvac’s strategic and divisional objectives

• Prepare and execute development and project strategies, including overseeing Development Briefs, programmes, feasibilities and risk and opportunity schedules

• Identify, manage and optimise project risks and opportunities at all levels

• Lead, coach and develop people across larger and/or multiple teams, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment where people excel

• Work collaboratively across internal teams to develop and implement strategies that achieve commercial, customer and sustainability outcomes

• Manage and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, authorities and partners

• Drive best‑practice sustainability, innovation and safety outcomes in line with project financial metrics and the Mirvac HSE Management System

What you’ll bring

You bring solid experience in property development, with a strong track record delivering large‑scale, complex projects in dynamic environments.

You’re a confident people leader, skilled at developing high‑performing teams and guiding others through technical and interpersonal complexity.

You operate comfortably in ambiguity, balancing strategy and detail while managing portfolios and competing priorities. You communicate with clarity and influence, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and are supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.

With strong commercial, financial and legal acumen, you understand planning, procurement and tendering, and know how to maximise value while managing risk.
