We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Reception & Administration Assistant who is passionate about real estate and eager to build a long‑term career in property.

This is an ideal entry point for someone looking to learn the foundations of residential property within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Your Opportunity

As the face of our LIV community, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in supporting the on‑site team while gaining hands‑on experience across administration, customer service and property operations.

To support your career journey, Mirvac will fund your Real Estate Agent's Certificate, setting you up for future progression within property management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Being the welcoming first point of contact for customers, residents and visitors
  • Managing front‑of‑house operations and maintaining a professional, well‑presented reception area
  • Handling enquiries across phone, email, digital platforms and in person
  • Supporting the leasing and property teams with administration, documentation and data entry
  • Coordinating move‑ins, move‑outs and welcome packs
  • Assisting with events, communications and customer feedback
  • Monitoring and allocating customer queries to ensure timely resolution

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in real estate and property management
  • A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A collaborative team player who values learning, mentoring and personal growth
  • Previous administration, reception or customer service experience is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in your attitude, potential and passion for property.
