Your opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Reception & Administration Assistant who will be the face of LIV Anura based in Newstead.

This is an ideal entry point for someone looking to learn the foundations of Build to Rent property within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Seeking candidates passionate about real estate and eager to build a long‑term career in property.

As the face of our LIV community, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting the on‑site team while gaining hands‑on experience across administration, customer service and property operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, residents and visitors
  • Manage front‑of‑house operations and maintaining a professional, well‑presented reception area
  • Handle enquiries across phone, email, digital platforms and in person
  • Support the leasing and property teams with administration, documentation and data entry
  • Coordinating move‑ins, move‑outs and welcome packs
  • Assisting with events, communications and customer feedback
  • Monitoring and allocating customer queries to ensure timely resolution
  • What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine interest in real estate and property management
  • A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A collaborative team player who values learning, mentoring and personal growth
  • Previous administration, reception or customer service experience is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in your attitude, potential and passion for property.
