Our opportunity

As Investor Relations Associate you will work within the small, dynamic Investor Relations team with potential to develop your financial markets expertise and work closely with the broader Mirvac business and leadership team to deliver high quality analysis and communication materials to the investment community and provide valuable feedback to key internal stakeholders.

Responsible for the delivery and management of a broad range of activities and information that contribute to the overall achievement of the investor relations strategy including:

  • Analysis and reporting of Mirvac’s shareholder register and listed REIT market performance
  • Preparation and delivery of ASX required reporting materials
  • Management of IR platforms and systems
  • Communication and partnering across broader business
  • Assistance in event co-ordination

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Support the preparation and review of Investor Relations materials across key reporting milestones, including Full Year, Half Year, quarterly results, AGM and investor events
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of supporting materials such as appendix documents and the Property Compendium
  • Contribute to the design and formatting of reporting templates and presentation materials
  • Develop your analytical skills by supporting listed markets and REIT peer analysis for internal stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Leadership Team, using tools such as FactSet and Copilot
  • Help maintain investor data and systems, including the IR CRM, and analyse investor register movements and engagement trends
  • Assist with broker research management, including earnings consensus tracking and review of segment forecasts
  • Support the upkeep of the Investor Relations website, ensuring announcements and information are accurate and published on time
  • Partner with internal Digital and communications teams to help enhance the Investor Relations website and online content
  • Assist with updating and validating property portfolio data at Half Year and Full Year reporting periods
  • Support the planning and delivery of investor events, including investor days, asset tours, roadshows, conferences and webinars, both locally and offshore
  • Contribute to internal Investor Relations reporting such as Board papers, strategy documents, and responses to investor, analyst and ESG enquiries
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations and broader Stakeholder Relations teams to help ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, including brokers and investors
  • Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across IR processes while supporting senior Investor Relations leaders

Your point of difference

You’ll hold a relevant tertiary qualification (finance, accounting or marketing preferred) and bring a genuine interest in financial markets and investing. You’re analytically minded, confident with data, and comfortable working in Excel, with any exposure to financial modelling or the property or investment sector viewed favourably. A curiosity for technology and interest in using AI tools such as Copilot to work smarter will set you apart.

You’re a driven and highly organised team player with strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you thrive in fast‑paced environments while maintaining professionalism and integrity. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and bring a customer‑focused mindset with solid capability across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
