This entry level Marketing Coordinator role is an excellent place to begin a marketing career, offering hands‑on exposure to the full property development journey, from early visioning to community launch and beyond. You’ll help shape the identity of new communities, support placemaking initiatives that build belonging, and contribute to campaigns that influence how people experience these places from day one. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist and support Sales & Marketing strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
- Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
- Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis.
- Manage online listings and eDMs.
- Edit and prepare imagery for use online.
- Prepare meeting minutes and agendas.
- Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
- Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
- Assist in enhancing the customer experience via Salesforce.
- Assist and attend project launches and events.
- Participate in sub-committees as directed.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
- Assist in maximising PR and networking opportunities.
- Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project Issues.
- Participate in teamwork in a manner that creates the environment where people excel.
- Collaborate effectively with other areas of the business.
- Assist in managing calendar appointments and meetings.
- Comply with Mirvac HSE Management System as per Sales & Marketing Operational guidelines, and ensure all HSE requirements are met for all projects and events
- Maintain site signage and HSE requirements.
- Communicate HSE incidents within 24 hours.
- Participate in Innovation and Sustainability objectives
Your point of difference
To be successful in this role you will be suitably qualified with tertiary qualifications and have entry level marketing experience ideally gained working within the property environment and/or digital marketing and you will be ready to take the next step and grow your residential property experience in this fast-paced role.
You will have strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign and Photoshop), as well as copywriting experience.
A current driver licence is required for this role as you will be required to travel to our project sites, and on occasions attend events which can be scheduled evenings or weekends.
You will have excellent communication skills, discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality and the eagerness to learn.
