We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract taking ownership of a high‑profile portfolio and leading with purpose, excellence and impact.

Your opportunity

In this pivotal role, you’ll be accountable for the overall performance of your assets and the onsite/offsite teams supporting them. Working in close partnership with Asset Managers and key stakeholders, you’ll deliver asset strategies that maximise income, value and customer satisfaction while setting the benchmark for best‑in‑class property management.

What you’ll be doing

• Be a part of a high‑performing property management team with a strong customer‑first culture
• Drive asset strategy, business planning, budgeting and reforecasting aligned to investment objectives
• Deliver the full suite of property management functions across your assigned assets
• Oversee financial performance, reporting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage capital works, building operations and risk to ensure assets are safe, compliant and future‑ready
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders
• Champion Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) outcomes across the portfolio
• Strengthen Mirvac’s market presence through leadership, collaboration and capability development

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing high‑profile commercial or industrial assets
• Proven success leading and developing high‑performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in asset plans, complex budgets and reporting
• Demonstrated capability in lease negotiations and tenant relationship management
• Solid understanding of building operations, maintenance and compliance
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
