We currently have a new opportunity for a Built Form & Apartment Sales Consultant to join our highly successful Residential sales team. This role will report directly to our Victorian Sales Manager, where you will be implementing sales strategies to achieve sales rates in line with project’s feasibilities and sales targets as well as maintaining Mirvac’s reputation.

Please note this is a Full-Time role requiring weekend work every Saturday and Sunday and some Public Holidays.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Achieve sales rates as determined by Victorian Sales Manager
• Implement project launch strategies in conjunction with Marketing
• Implement strategies as per customer and pricing feedback
• Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required
• Maintain current legal knowledge (i.e. contracts, procedures, legal representation)
• Build market and competitor knowledge through research and networking
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management

To be considered for this opportunity you will need the following:

• Must hold a current Vic Agent Representative or Full Real Estate Licence
• Proven sales track record with 3+ years sales experience in the Vic property market focusing on off the plan built form and apartment sales
• Strong industry knowledge and established industry networks
• Solid commercial / financial/ legal/ compliance acumen
• High level personal presentation
• Strong database management and phone conversational skills
• Adequate computer proficiency
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
