We are on the lookout for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Digital team, supporting our Finance platform.

This is a critical role where you’ll lead the design, development and optimisation of finance systems, with a strong focus on Yardi. Working closely with Finance, Digital and external partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and data to support business performance.

Must-have experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi - essential
• Proven experience supporting finance systems and accounting processes
• Demonstrated background in solution design, systems analysis and implementation

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Finance function, aligning technology solutions to business needs
• Lead functional and technical design across finance systems
• Own the configuration and optimisation of Yardi finance modules
• Support system integrations and data flows across platforms
• Analyse incidents and issues, identifying root causes and practical solutions
• Partner with Digital, Finance and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Contribute to governance, documentation and audit-ready systems
• Mentor junior team members and uplift platform capability

About you

• 7+ years’ experience in technology / systems / digital roles
• Strong understanding of finance processes (property or asset-intensive environments highly regarded)
• Experience across integration, data flows and enterprise systems
• Exposure to Agile environments / ITIL practices
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working with complexity
