In this role, you'll be more than just a designer. You'll be the linchpin who bridges our brand's voice with visually stunning slide decks, ensuring our message resonates deeply within the IoT ecosystem.
Morse Micro is Australia’s fastest growing semiconductor company that is shaping the future of Wi-Fi technology for the multi-billion dollar Internet of Things markets. At Morse Micro you will be working with experienced professionals and engineers, some of whom are the team that invented the original Wi-Fi technology that is ubiquitous today.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the creation and optimization of internal and external presentations
- Designing an inspiring master slide template in Google Slides alongside our Sales & Business Development team
- Crafting beautifully polished targeted presentations for pivotal customer engagements
- Transitioning content from platforms like Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva into Google Slides
- Simplifying intricate technical content into visually appealing designs
- Collaborating with the Communications Team on both internal & external communication materials
- Devising content strategies and generating innovative content ideas
- Overseeing online ad campaigns' setup and daily management
- Actively supervising campaign pacing and performance
- Being the custodian of our brand's visual identity
Required qualifications and experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Expertise in Google Slides, with proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- A knack for creativity, innovation, and thinking outside the box
- Stellar content creation skills, spanning editing, formatting, and graphic/video production
- Exceptional teamwork, project management, and communication abilities
- A detail-oriented approach, coupled with the agility to deliver swiftly
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
