Job Summary
Morse Micro is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to support the growing complexity of international logistics operations globally. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics activities, including shipment coordination, warehouse operations/3PL, inventory control, consignment management, customer RMA processing, and supply chain risk mitigation.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials across the supply chain, optimizing logistics costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the company's continued scale-up in semiconductor manufacturing and module production. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to drive operational excellence and ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

Job Summary
Morse Micro is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to support the growing complexity of international logistics operations globally. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics activities, including shipment coordination, warehouse operations/3PL, inventory control, consignment management, customer RMA processing, and supply chain risk mitigation.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials across the supply chain, optimizing logistics costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the company's continued scale-up in semiconductor manufacturing and module production. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to drive operational excellence and ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
Key Responsibilities
International Logistics Management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between suppliers, foundries, OSATs, warehouses, contract manufacturers, and customers.
- Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
- Manage China consignment chip inventory movements and tracking.
- Coordinate module build shipments between manufacturing partners and customers within or in and out China globally.
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and shipment documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse providers to maintain inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.
- Monitor inventory movements, stock levels, and material availability.
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Support Product Engineering (PE), Quality Assurance (QA), and Supply Chain teams with logistics requirements.
- Coordinate sample shipments, FA returns, engineering builds, and customer deliveries.
- Ensure timely execution of urgent shipment requests.
- Identify and mitigate logistics risks related to geopolitical changes, customs regulations, and transportation disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans and alternative logistics strategies.
- Drive logistics process improvements to reduce shipment delays, operational errors, and overall logistics costs.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, or semiconductor manufacturing support.
- Experience managing cross-border shipments in Taiwan and/or China and globally.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and freight operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with bonded warehouses, consignment inventory, and contract manufacturing environments.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
- Experience working with global teams across APAC, North America, Australia, and Europe.
