The Mission
Own new‑business growth for MotorMarket on both the buying and selling side. You’ll hunt, win, and nurture relationships with automotive businesses, franchise and independent dealers nationwide, demo our tech, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through onboarding—all while keeping existing vendors and bidders delighted.
What You’ll Do
- Proven B2B new‑business track record (6 + years) selling SaaS or tech solutions to automotive dealer principals or equivalent enterprise stakeholders.
- Mastery of consultative, data‑driven selling; comfortable building ROI cases with spreadsheets and dashboards.
- HubSpot CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator power‑user; you live in your pipeline and forecast.
- Growth mindset – you love to learn and continuously sharpen your craft, living by modern sales playbooks like Gap Selling and The Challenger Sale.
- Polished communicator who can run a remote screen‑share demo at 9 am and close a boardroom deal at 4 pm.
- Willingness to travel wherever the deal takes you.

Nice to have: marketplace, fintech, or remarketing experience; existing dealer network.
