Your Next Challenge

As a quantity surveying intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Strategy & Delivery Portfolio in various tasks under the guidance and supervision of a Principal Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a portfolio of building, civil and M&E construction contracts adopting NEC forms of contract. Your duties will include:

• Assisting on cost estimation
• Assisting on evaluation of changes
• Assisting on preparation of tender documents
• Assisting on tender evaluation
• Assisting on assessment of payment for the contractors’ work
• Carrying out other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested by your line manager

You’ll also have the opportunity to attend client-facing meetings and workshops with an aim to gain insights in the industry.

What You'll Need

To apply for our position, you should be pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. You should also have:

• A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• You also have the right to work in Hong Kong.
