As part of the Utilities Coordination team, key responsibilities include:
- Utilities (Dry & Wet) modelling and coordination
- Reviewing and applying relevant guidance and specifications
- Assessing utility survey data
- Preparing plans, profiles, and sections for existing and proposed utilities
- Raising early warnings and technical queries
- Maintaining CDM risk and hazard registers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Familiarity with digital portals (e.g., survey portals, trackers)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on UK projects (added advantage)
- Professional accreditation (added advantage)
- Proficiency in:
- Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation
- ProjectWise
- ACC Platform
- Navisworks Manage
- A degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant discipline, preferably Civil or Environmental Engineering
