We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineer in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering to join our team. As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining essential systems that ensure the functionality, efficiency, and safety of our building projects. Your Challenge

• Plan, design and implement building services systems
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building services systems into overall building designs.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Apply computer-aided design software to create and modify system designs
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and team members
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of building services systems and principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and other engineering design tools.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
