Position - Associate - COE Allied Industry
Infinite Uptime – Process Division
At Infinite Uptime, we’re on a mission to help manufacturing plants achieve operational excellence by enhancing process reliability, yield, and energy efficiency. We are looking for an Associate – Center of Excellence (COE), Allied Industry, who is passionate about driving manufacturing excellence and process improvement across heavy process industries such as Chemicals, Food & Beverage, and allied sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze plant and process data to identify deviations in key operational parameters such as performance, golden batch adherence, yield, product quality, uptime, and energy efficiency.
- Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using our Outcome-Driven Reliability (ODR) framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert insights into tangible results for customers.
- Support the creation, refinement, and standardization of best practices across industries and customer sites.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in process engineering, plant operations, manufacturing excellence, or similar roles.
- Strong process and domain knowledge within the chemical industry (experience in allied industries like F&B is an added advantage).
- Solid understanding of key process parameters, operational KPIs, and reliability metrics.
- A problem-solver who is passionate about making manufacturing more reliable, efficient, and data-driven.
