Solutions Specialist – Allied Industries
Infinite Uptime – Process Division
At Infinite Uptime – Process Division, we enable leading manufacturers to achieve operational excellence by enhancing process reliability, yield, and energy efficiency through our Outcome-Driven Reliability (ODR) platform. We are looking for a Solutions Specialist for our Allied Industries vertical—someone who blends strong process expertise with customer-facing skills to help shape impactful digital manufacturing solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with plant and business leaders to understand process challenges related to yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency.
- Develop tailored solution proposals leveraging Infinite Uptime’s ODR framework to deliver measurable value and operational improvements.
- Partner with Sales, COE, and Engineering teams to build compelling business cases, customer presentations, and solution narratives.
- Conduct plant studies, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to support customer adoption and deal conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of total experience, including 2–3 years in a sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing role in the manufacturing domain.
- Strong process knowledge in the chemical industry, with exposure to allied industries such as food & beverage or specialty chemicals.
- Deep industry understanding, strong professional networks, and the ability to initiate and lead meaningful customer conversations.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, digital transformation consulting, or related roles is preferred.
- A passion for connecting process expertise with business impact and driving value-led digital adoption.
