Position Purpose Statement:
The key purpose of this role is to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our product within its designated target markets in Australia, New Zealand and the Americas. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience and support the growth of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience, needs, and trends.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Develop clear value propositions and scalable communication processes.
  • Collaborate on product positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels.
  • Drive lead generation and campaign optimisation.
  • Configure CRM for lead management and conversion.
  • Segment target customers and select effective channels.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and customer journey understanding.
  • Manage media relationships for coverage and company image.
  • Define KPIs and provide regular reporting.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team, ensuring alignment.
  • Optimise budget allocation for efficient marketing.
  • Monitor and control expenditure in line with objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with a proven record of success.
  • Demonstrated multi-channel marketing prowess, leveraging various platforms and channels to increase engagement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey from end to end. Ability to identify touchpoints along the journey and implement strategies to reinforce the value proposition at each stage, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data and metrics to inform marketing strategies. Ability to design and conduct experiments, establish clear objectives, select appropriate channels, and analyse outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate. Experience developing long-term marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals, while remaining agile and adaptable to emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with the Winning by Design framework or similar methodologies for optimising sales and marketing alignment. Ability to integrate this framework into marketing strategies to drive recurring impact and sustainable growth.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to build trust and confidence in the brand. Ability to understand key buying personas and drivers, demonstrating the return on investment for utilising the MyPass product.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Strong leadership and team-building skills, inspiring and motivating the marketing team to achieve outstanding results.

Measures of Success:

  • Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and conversion rate of deals
  • Conversion rate of MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Cost per MQL and SQL
  • Growth in digital engagement including organic website traffic
  • Brand awareness Attendance/engagement at events and positive feedback + conversion rates
  • Marketing ROI for each channel experiment
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by customer type
Information Security Accountabilities
- Determine and allocate the resources required to maintain and continuously improve the ISMS
- Ensure information Security requirements are communicated and understood across all levels of the business
- Ensure business activities support the security of information
- Promote the continuous improvement of information security
- Ensure changes to the ISMS are effectively communicated to the business and stakeholders
