Position Purpose Statement
The key purpose of this role is to provide support to the Executive and other areas of the business in the design and presentation of our business collateral. You will play a crucial role in document formatting and presentation creation, aligned to our brand standards to ensure that our Executive, Department Heads and our Customer facing executives have high calibre documentation and collateral that meets brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with executives and other team members to understand their requirements and objectives for various documents and presentations.
  • Using your expertise in design and formatting to create visually appealing and professional documents, including reports, proposals, memos, and other business materials.
  • Developing and maintaining templates and style guides to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards across all documents and presentations.
  • Conducting thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence in all materials produced.
  • Researching and implementing best practices in document design and presentation techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our communications.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Providing technical support and training to team members on document formatting and presentation software/tools as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Layout Artist, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with a focus on document formatting and presentation design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong eye for design and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience working in a remote/offshore environment is a plus.

  • Rate of errors found in presentation material
  • Velocity of output of documents
  • On time delivery of document support requests
Information Security Accountabilities
Management:
- Determine and allocate the resources required to maintain and continuously improve the ISMS
- Ensure information Security requirements are communicated and understood across all levels of the business
- Ensure business activities support the security of information
- Promote the continuous improvement of information security
- Ensure changes to the ISMS are effectively communicated to the business and stakeholders
Senior Leaders:
- Ensure direct reports receive instructions that adequately describe the responsibilities for information security related to their job role
- Ensure direct reports receive training to maintain appropriate information security skills and knowledge required for their job role
- Ensure direct reports demonstrate the information security skills and knowledge required for their job role
- Ensure induction and training focus on the most relevant information security aspects for each job role
Employees:
- Understand own contribution to the effectiveness of the ISMS
- Understand own responsibilities within the ISMS (e.g. Acceptable of Use Assets Policy, Information Security Policy)
- Understand the consequences of non-compliance with the requirements of the ISMS
- Understand information security guidelines related to own job role
