As a Senior Product Designer at MyPass Global, you will contribute to the design and development of intuitive, user-centric products. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, you will help bring design concepts to life by translating user insights into high-quality user interfaces and experiences. This role is an opportunity to grow your design skills, learn best practices, and contribute to the overall success of our product design team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to execute on product vision.
- Drive user research and usability testing sessions to gather insights across new features and iterative design improvements.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
- Create design solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Provide design support throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring design intent is implemented in the final product.
- Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, continually improving skills.
Key requirements
- Proven experience in designing dual-persona workflows and creating intuitive, user-centric, and efficient solutions
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating your Product Design work
- Proficient with design software such as Figma or similar
- Demonstrable experience leveraging AI to enhance design velocity (Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, Figma Make)
- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B environments.
