The incredible opportunity

You will ensure smooth daily operations by managing administration, facilities, and travel, creating a well-supported and efficient work environment. Your ability to multitask and keep things running seamlessly will be essential to our success.

Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, this role is based at Lot Fourteen, Adelaide’s premier innovation district. While we offer flexibility in how hours and days are structured including both full-time and part-time options a strong on-site presence is essential to ensure the best support for our team.

How you will drive success:

Workplace Experience & Support

Create a seamless and efficient work environment by managing daily operations, overseeing facility maintenance, coordinating with building management, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked to support a productive and thriving team.

Event Coordination

Organize office events, celebrations, and team activities while also coordinating visits from external guests to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.

Executive Support

Provide occasional assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support for leadership as needed.

Vendor Management

Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with office suppliers, service providers, and external partners to optimize office operations.

Additional Initiatives

Support various internal projects, such as people & talent administration, curating company resources, or assisting with other initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency.
