How you will drive success:
- Partnering with Purpose: Work closely with leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and help deliver people solutions that support growth, performance, and team health.
- End-to-End Talent Ownership: Get involved across the full talent lifecycle from attraction and hiring through to onboarding, development and retention. You'll help make sure we’re bringing in great people and setting them up for success.
- Technology & Process Optimisation: You’ll bring a scalable approach to processes and will understand how to leverage technology to free up time for meaningful work. You are always looking for better ways to do things.
- Culture & Engagement: Be part of the team that brings our values to life. You’ll support initiatives that drive engagement, support wellbeing, and help make Myriota a great place to work.
- Agility: No two days will be the same. You’ll work across a mix of projects, priorities, and teams jumping in where needed, growing your confidence, and helping to build structure without slowing us down. We value curiosity, action, and the ability to adapt as we evolve.
- Collaboration at Speed: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our people strategy enables our commercial goals.
What we value in you:
- At least 3 years experience in a People & Culture Business Partner/HR Generalist role in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment
- Broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, with strengths in onboarding, talent acquisition, engagement, and performance
- An interest in optimising HR processes and systems (HRIS) to support scalable, efficient ways of working.
- A natural problem solver who is comfortable in ambiguity, able to switch gears quickly, and isn’t fazed by juggling competing demands
- Curious about how the business works and keen to understand the commercial context and how great people practices can drive performance
- A hands-on approach: you’re not afraid to build as you go and take pride in delivering well
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You work well with others, listen actively, and bring clarity to conversations
