The incredible opportunity

As the Director, One-Tank (Vertical Business Line), you will own and drive the complete commercial and operational performance of our One-Tank business line. Operating as an end-to-end business lead within our matrixed environment, you’ll connect high-level strategy to micro-level execution. You will oversee everything from market-product definition and roadmap execution to revenue, gross margin, customer success, and cross-functional execution, ensuring our LPG solutions deliver massive value to users worldwide.

Stuff we’ll trust you to do

• Own the complete operational performance, revenue, gross margin, and P&L goals for the OneTank business line.
• Develop a compelling, fiscally grounded annual business plan, secure Senior Leadership agreement, and execute with disciplined cadence.
• Drive cross-functional matrix teams (engineering, sales, supply chain, ops) without direct authority to meet key deliverables.
• Build and deliver trusted bi-weekly demand and financial forecasts in alignment with finance and fulfillment operations.
• Establish repeatable customer onboarding processes, custom success plans within 30 days, and clear escalation paths (L1–L3 support).
• Translate voice-of-customer insights into data-backed product priorities, coordinate customer Beta testing, and lead Product Review Board gate approvals.
• Ensure operational readiness for new SKUs, document RMA processes in customer contracts, and maintain installation/enablement collateral.

What we’ll like about you

• 7+ years of progressive commercial experience leading a product line, vertical business unit (VBL), or P&L stream within IoT, telecommunications, industrial hardware, or energy/LPG sectors.
• Proven track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops) without direct line authority.
• Demonstrated success running Product Review Board gate frameworks, bi-weekly demand forecasting, and margin modeling.
• Deep background building customer success frameworks, onboarding pathways, and site protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, IT, or a related technical/commercial field.
• Data-driven, highly collaborative operator who effortlessly shifts between macro business modeling and micro operational execution.
• High global mobility: Ability to undertake up to 50% domestic and international travel (including Canada and Mexico), residing within 45 minutes of a major airport hub, and holding a valid, active passport.
