Agribusiness Manager (1) (Forbes, NSW)

Be responsible for the pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.

In this Agribusiness Banking Manager 1 role, you will..

• Identify new farming and post gate Agribusiness and referral opportunities & establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts

• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio

• Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners

• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business

• Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market

• Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.

• Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities

What you’ll bring..

• An established network within the broker industry.

• Robust negotiating skills.

• Drive and tenacity.

• Experience in all aspects for financial analysis

• Passion for relationship management.

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred.

• Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
