As Product Owner, you will be joining the Enterprise Payments Team drive excellence in NAB’s domestic payments proposition across the business.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Lead development of NAB's domestic account-to-account batch payment product strategy to drive commercialisation and ensure compliance with product standards and industry requirements.

Drive product insights and provide regular product related intelligence to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product specifications and customer-facing collateral.

Lead the assessment and development of system convergence and rationalisation business cases, ensuring executional excellence align with product standards and industry obligations.

Manage the day to day of the domestic account-to-account batch payments products by focusing on wholesale pricing, communications, sales support, market research, and customer satisfaction.

Identity and lead improvements and changes, review processes, and prioritise work and resources to maximise benefits.

Adhere to Product Governance frameworks (reviews, attestations, forums).

Ensure regulatory and industry compliance obligations are met for the product.

Manage Product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws, monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate consumer outcomes (including Customer Complaints).

Own and prioritise backlog items, following agile ways of working within the Domain framework across the enterprise to deliver Business Outcomes.
What you'll bring:

Experience and industry knowledge across domestic payments and product management.

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented with the ability to cater and influence a variety of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate ambiguity with ease.

Sound data literacy to analyse, interpret and present data insights that tell a story.

Customer obsession and continuous improvement mindset - always seeking opportunities to improve and deliver excellence within the payment platform.

Experience and industry knowledge across domestic payments and product management.

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end changes and implementing new processes across the enterprise.

Skilled in managing operational risk with knowledge of relevant frameworks.
