In the role of Personal Assistant, you will join the Administrative & Business Services team that’s doubling down on owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage your exec’s diary, including room bookings and agenda creation
  • Create online travel bookings, as required
  • Onboard/Offboard Executive’s direct reports, managing Colleague Connect queries
  • Work with delegated systems (Flexipurchase, People Hub, SAP, MyID, Service NAB, Colleague Connect etc)
  • Use People Hub for data input and maintenance (including team performance, actions, learning)
  • Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and / or department data, ensuring security of confidential information
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with a professional and effective manner
  • Managing ad hoc projects or issues that arise for Executive
  • Deal with admin queries

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Ideally at least a couple of years of experience administration or supporting at Executive level
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of NAB Systems such as SAP & People Hub
  • Excellent people skills
  • The ability to multitask, while retaining attention to detail
  • To be adaptive and highly organised
  • Alignment with NAB values and behaviours.
