In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the FX Commodities Sales Team and his team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Supporting the sales team to improve customer relationships, help drive performance, and deliver best in class ideas and solutions; and
- Provide day to day sales and execution support – be a source of knowledge on global and competitor trends, market movements, liquidity and key data releases.
- Work with the Sales team to develop solutions that help solve customer needs and problems and apply these across the broader client base.
- Assist in creating pitch documents / ideas for clients, including building out a deep understanding of the main issues facing clients and the ability to explain those issues succinctly.
- Focus on delivering value to the customer through exceptional sales and service, timely and competitive pricing.
- Deliver best in class execution working with key client contacts, trading, and risk teams to ensure the efficient execution of transactions.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal business partners.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Approximately 4 years markets sales experience, preferably within foreign exchange or interest rates for corporates and investors
- Proven track record of executing client solutions.
- Ability to learn from team members and help them develop, manage and execute deals.
- In-depth knowledge of global and competitor trends, market conditions, opportunities, and subsequent impact on customers.
- A sound knowledge of and at least 5 years active participation in financial markets.
- Ability to provide transactional support to free up capacity of the extended team.
- Experience with Capital, credit and tax driven client strategies.
