In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, Broker Origination, you will join the Professional Services team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and supporting the growth of emerging corporate debt advisory through industry specialist commercial broking relationships.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Educate brokers & clients about business options and providing sound advice about risk & efficiency to drive opportunities for growth.
• Proactively leverage networks of industry contacts to help identify new opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to support client acquisition in selected industries.
• Talk with clients about their proposed strategy & annual business plans.
• Prepare and submit banking proposals to clients & their advisors.
• Demonstrate your expertise by hosting and presenting at broker events with business development managers.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking for emerging corporates and/or their credit assessment, with an understanding of transactional banking requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
• Passion about making a positive impact in Professional Services industry’s
• Enthusiasm about helping my clients & their advisors, understand the risk and profitability of their business to safely and effectively achieve their desired outcomes, whilst balancing the right outcomes and risk
