In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Work closely with Brokers to assess economic value and risk potential of new business.

• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.

• Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities.

• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market.

• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• A genuine passion for customer service, which is demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.

• Strong Sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.

• Can do attitude that thrives in a high pressure & fast paced environment.

• Strong prior demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.

• Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders internally and externally.
