  • As the Manager of Digital Sales, you will drive success for Personal Bank’s portfolio sales performance across NAB’s digital channels
  • Generate valuable Digital Sales product journey and funnel performance insights that identify new high value opportunities

In the role of Manager, Digital Sales, you will join the Consumer Finance & Home Ownership team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive the Digital Sales performance for the Personal Baking product portfolio
  • Own the ‘Browse & Explore’ sales experiences within NAB’s Digital Channels (including Tools and Calculators, where appropriate) for the product portfolio
  • Define, drive and deliver the end-to-end digital sales strategy for the product portfolio – utilising analytics and insights to support rationale
  • Hold accountability for the end-to-end delivery of Digital Sales initiatives and outcomes aligned to the product portfolio’s Digital Sales roadmap
  • Support Digital Sales Optimisation, Personalisation & Channel/Insights squads by assisting prioritisation decisions at a product level, helping to develop a healthy backlog of ideas based on funnel/performance analysis and product expertise
  • Work with the Customer Experience, Marketing, Product & Apply teams to understand end-to-end customer experience, issues, trends and opportunities to drive Digital acquisition and conversion
  • Identify, unlock and optimise new digital channels and avenues that can be utilised for Sales
  • Develop strategic & financial rationale, models and recommendations- backed by data and insights, to inform and influence decision making at all levels
  • Influence other Enterprise backlogs to prioritise and deliver initiatives and capability to improve and deliver on Digital Sales objectives and roadmap

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience working within a Digital Sales / eCommerce equivalent function highly desirable
  • Experience implementing levers that drive top of funnel sales uplifts in Digital (e.g. Digital Marketing, SEO, AB Testing/CRO & Personalisation)
  • Experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcome including shareholder, customer, colleague value – and building/prioritising/executing a roadmap to deliver that strategy
  • Experienced with Agile ways of working
  • Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
  • Financial Services experience highly desirable
  • People leadership experience highly desirable
