Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to

• Coordinating the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of both change and run activities in a domain
• Navigate the complexities of a large and transforming Domain, ensuring that execution and strategy are aligned by working with Domain Executive leadership team, product owners and sub-domain co-ordinators
• Champion agile delivery methodologies, empowering delivery teams to be aligned on priorities to achieve strategic ambition.
• Monitor Domain performance metrics driving actionable insights, interventions and decisions from the home ownership executive leadership team where required
• Leverage your business acumen, resilience, and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex challenges and drive positive change

• Skilled at navigating complexity, simplifying information, identifying issues early, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
