Seeking an experienced Product Owner, who will play a key role in the execution of the ECOM Individual Customer Onboarding & ID&V program, drive seamless customer and banker experiences for Executive Product ECOM team within Group Chief Operating Officer team!

As a Product Owner, you will be joining Executive Product ECOM team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead digital product solutions that support individual customer onboarding and identity verification services
  • Review & analyse internal and external customer feedback from a variety of sources
  • Perform data modelling on customer feedback, to identify trends, customer pain points and areas of the channel that could be improved
  • Source & share market research data on NAB Digital Channels and competitors
  • Prepare insights from the analysis to share with Stakeholders across NAB
  • Assist with queries on Digital Channel usage and customer feedback analysis
  • Prepare dashboards to share channel insights, for example using Adobe Analytics
  • Identify potential issues and work with Product Managers to identify areas which need improvement
  • Track impacts of changes in Digital Channels to key metrics

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years as a product owner, preferably in a large bank/finance-based business
  • In-depth understanding of financial/digital/data products, processes and systems
  • Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, strong problem solving and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
  • Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
  • Comfortable playing a leadership role, including facilitating workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
  • Experience across onboarding, identity verification and re-verification domains highly desirable
