In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Capital Markets Originations & Distribution team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Produce and publish comprehensive securitisation and thematic market insights

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, issuers, investors, and industry stakeholders

• Monitor, interpret, and communicate market events and their impact on securitisation

• Support deal teams in pitching, structuring, and executing both private and public transactions

• Participate in industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Legal, Syndicate, Markets, Operations) to ensure seamless transaction execution

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Experience in credit research (fixed income), debt capital markets, or securitisation

• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and macroeconomic analysis skills

• Advanced writing and communication skills, with attention to detail

• Experience working in team environments and understanding regulatory/compliance frameworks

• Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance-related disciplines
