In the role of Senior Analyst, Projects, you will join the Personal Everyday Banking Team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Supporting the Project Managers and Product Owners in managing small to medium projects of low to medium complexity.
  • Risk, Issue and Change Management Functions.
  • Cost Management, managing project / program budgets and support completion of work stream funding submissions, using nominated financial workbooks.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Product Owners to support delivery against the program timelines.
  • Working collaboratively with other key Business units to assist in the success of the overall project.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Detailed knowledge of how to maintain and manage Risks & Issues Registers, report on Risks & Issues at a Project level and facilitate a Risks & Issues forum.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team of junior analysts.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • Ability to manage, analyse, report and negotiate on project budgets and costs, and help Project Managers and Product Owners with Funding Submissions and understanding of financial treatments.
  • Assist with any project reporting requirements
  • Drive strong project disciplines and methodologies within your projects
  • Prior project experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry.
  • Experience with Clarity and Rally systems will be an advantage.
  • Finance Tracking Spreadsheet experience is mandatory for the role.
