As the Senior Business Analyst, you will join the FC Reforms Delivery team that’s doubling down on protecting our customers from financial crime threats.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Work with Project Manager, business and cross functional team member to ensure all business requirement are documented, agree and delivered through all phases of the project.

  • Document business processes (current & future), needs & issues, and convert them into requirements where needed.

  • Conduct analysis, identify and develop solutions through analysis and produce documentation to support design concepts.

  • Facilitate/present at workshops, working groups to support the delivery of the change as needed.

  • Prepare and issue reports (including analysis on insights and trends) relating to Financial Crime Regulatory Events and provide advice to Key Stakeholders regarding the management Financial Crime Regulatory Events.

  • Assist in event resolution through review and challenge on the adequacy of risk mitigation strategies, remediation, and change treatment plans, ensuring alignment with requirements of Financial Crime Policies, Programs and Standards.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Previous experience in Fraud & Scams preferred with process Improvement Frameworks experience within banking and financial services.

  • Experience in change management, project management techniques, tools & methods, including agile delivery will be highly regarded.

  • Body of knowledge disciplines eg. BABOK, PMBOK, QMBO.K

  • Demonstrated knowledge of structured analysis methods, tools & techniques.

  • Working knowledge of the Financial Crime laws (AML/CTF & Fraud) in Australia.
