In the role of Director, you will join our CM&E team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Originate and execute structured project finance and institutional banking transactions

• Provide credit analysis, financial modelling, and portfolio risk management across major asset classes, social, economic and core plus infrastructure (public private partnership, airports, ports, digital infrastructure) and energy (energy retailers, electricity and gas transmission and distribution network service provider and power generation, renewables energy) including project finance lending for greenfield construction assets.

• Drive transaction structuring and execution, including credit submissions, due diligence, and legal documentation

• Manage and enhance client portfolios, ensuring compliance and portfolio hygiene

• Awareness of industry and market related matters including regulation, legislation etc

• Guide and coach team members, contributing to process improvement and strategic initiatives

• Exceptional communication, relationship management and leadership skills

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Significant experience in Corporate Finance or a related field

• To be passionate about the sector possessing extensive experience working across this industry, ideally within a Corporate Finance, Institutional Banking or Structured Finance lending environment, experience in engineering, advisory, consultancy, legal also appreciated

• Advanced financial modelling, risk assessment, and credit writing skills

• Strong understanding of banking policies, compliance, and process improvement

• Proven ability to communicate complex portfolio insights to diverse stakeholders

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Engineering, Law, Actuarial studies or a related discipline
