- Create and apply best practices for data delivery within the wider Marketing Data Products & Measurement team!
- Work across the analysis, development, documentation, testing and support to design and deliver data features for customer communications!

In the role of Analyst, Marketing Data Management you will join our Marketing Data Products and Measurement Team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond by:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve data products
- Write well designed & high-quality testable code
- Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Deploy data products into Production environments
- Contribute to team estimation for delivery and expectation management for scope
- Comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proficiency working with data using SQL and Python
- Experience with Source Code Control (Git)
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues and desired outcomes of system enhancements
- Excellent problem solving, analysis & documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Financial services experience, preferably in banking and/or the Marketing Campaign Data Lifecycle
