In the role of Adviser Support, you will join our Adelaide team to work with Australia’s most successful families, corporates and for‑purpose organisations to help protect and grow their wealth and realise their legacies.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication, meaningful engagement, and deep rapport‑building.
  • Support advisers by applying critical thinking and contributing to portfolio insights, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients.
  • Safeguard the business by proactively managing risk and ensuring full compliance across investment‑related activities.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the advice and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows and optimise processes.
  • Act as the central point of coordination by managing schedules, streamlining activities, and keeping everything running efficiently.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our clients. You’ll need:

  • A strong interest in investments, portfolio construction, and market strategy, with relevant education or experience (finance, economics, accounting, or investment-related fields) advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Wealth Management, including administrative support, governance, and familiarity with investment processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated client‑service ethic.
  • High accuracy, accountability, and efficiency, with the ability to plan, prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word), strong rapport‑building skills, and ideally familiarity with JBWere systems, processes, and structure
