In the role of Specialised Banking Manager, you will join the Transaction Banking team - where customer obsession is not just a philosophy, but a daily practice. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Build deep relationships with a broad customer base, tailoring transactional banking solutions that support business growth and financial confidence
  • Deliver capability uplift across NAB by coaching bankers, specialists, and referral partners
  • Leverage data, technology, and NAB’s digital ecosystem to deliver efficient, secure, and customer‑focused outcomes
  • Advocate for customers and champion experiences aligned with NAB’s long-term strategic ambition
  • Navigate risk, compliance, and ongoing professional development with curiosity and accountability

  • A track record of building strong, trust‑based customer relationships in banking or financial services
