In the role of an Analyst, you will join the Digital Sales Channels & Insights team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Generate insights and strategies that grow NAB’s organic search performance and drive digital sales outcomes.
  • Analyse digital journeys, customer behaviour and search pathways to uncover high‑value optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales, Design and Content teams to enhance content, remove friction and improve funnel conversion.
  • Support the development and execution of SEO, channel and personalisation strategies.
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards that improve visibility of performance and decision‑making.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform prioritisation, roadmaps and Digital Sales initiatives.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in an analytics-focused role within the digital space.
  • Strong proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Contentsquare or similar).
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or search optimisation (highly desired).
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort analysing large volumes of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect insights to commercial outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, marketing or a related discipline (desirable).
