This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior GTM Specialist to join a high‑impact, growth‑focused team. You’ll be responsible for how Cross Product Propositions Go To Market, including working closely with the marketing team, the various product teams and the distribution teams to ensure the offering is well understood and articulated.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Be incredibly proactive about delivering the best outcomes for our customers
  • Be creative about how customers find out and learn about NAB products
  • Ensure you are consistently customer centric and look for opportunities to ensure NAB’s propositions are understood end to end from a customer segment’s perspective
  • Work closely with stakeholders to influence for resourcing and change
  • Be an advocate and expert voice with marketing, product and other teams on the customer experience
  • Identify partnership opportunities and apply commercial rigour to assess their suitability

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Senior level experience within strategic consulting, start up, banking or other commercial environments
  • Experience in a management / executive role where you have led from the front
  • Demonstrable experience achieving revenue targets and commercial goals
  • Demonstrable skills in negotiating commercial agreements
  • Demonstrable skills to establish systems and processes to scale
